Disclose AI-altered listings. The compliant way.
New laws like California AB 723 require labeling digitally altered listing photos and making the original available. Reel Estate builds disclosure into every export, so your staged photos and AI video stay compliant.
Built into staging & video

“Virtually Staged Photo and Video. Does Not Represent Actual Physical Condition.” The original unaltered image is included.
The same AI Modified label the editor burns into every edited photo.
California AB 723 took effect January 1, 2026. The Department of Real Estate can issue a citation with a fine of up to $2,500 per violation and can suspend or revoke your license, a violation is also a misdemeanor under the Real Estate Law, MLSs can require corrections or suspend your data access, and misrepresenting a property invites buyer lawsuits.

Most tools make disclosure a separate step. Reel Estate handles it right where you create your photos and video.
A disclosure package on export
On export, Reel Estate generates a single disclosure package covering every AI-edited image. Each image gets a folder with the original photo, the labeled edited version, and a DISCLOSURE.txt, ready to attach to your listing. Available on paid plans.
MLS-ready video export
Reel Estate checks your video against MLS rules (no branding, overlays, or background audio) and flags anything that would fail, so you can export an MLS-compliant version with confidence.
AI-Generated label, built in
An AI-Generated label is applied to the finished video, burned into the frame so the disclosure travels with the file wherever it is posted, instead of a caption that can be stripped.
