Stellar MLS: Disclosure Requirements
Stellar MLS, which serves more than 80,000 subscribers across Florida and Puerto Rico, requires disclosure of virtually staged photos under its Article 04.04. The disclosure must appear in both the photo description and the public remarks.
What does Stellar MLS require?
- Add the words "Virtually staged" in the photo description field and check the virtually-staged field
- Begin the public remarks with the statement "One or more photo(s) was virtually staged"
- Do not virtually stage photos of pre-construction or under-construction property

Stellar MLS member agents and brokers, more than 80,000 subscribers across Florida and Puerto Rico.

Stellar MLS enforces Article 04.04 through its compliance department, which can levy a fine and remove non-compliant virtually staged photos.
