What does NorthstarMLS require?

• Disclose virtually added furniture in agent remarks, public remarks, or photo captions (recommended, not required)
• Alter only personal property such as furniture, not the real estate itself; virtual painting is allowed only with full disclosure and may not hide a defect

NorthstarMLS member agents and brokers across Minnesota and five western Wisconsin counties.
