Plan comparison: Free, Basic, Agent, and Pro

Credits per month, included features, and which plan fits which workflow.

Reel Estate has four plans. The main differences are monthly credit allotment and whether 1080p HD video export is unlocked. Everything else (templates, music library, MLS compliance, sharing) is on every paid plan.

The "typical listings/month" column is a rough guide. What you can produce depends on how many photos you stage per listing and how many versions of each video you generate. See How credits work for the per-action cost breakdown.

Picking a plan

Free is for evaluation. 30 credits is enough to stage a few photos and generate a couple of clips so you can see the output quality before committing. All free-tier output ships with a Reel Estate watermark.

Basic fits agents producing 1–2 listing videos a month. 150 credits covers staging a handful of photos per listing and generating a single video plus a vertical-social cut from each project.

Agent is the sweet spot for full-time agents. 420 credits is enough to fully stage 3–5 listings per month with multiple AI staging attempts per photo, plus 1080p HD exports for premium listings.

Pro is for teams or high-volume agents. 960 credits supports 6–15 listings per month with room to iterate, plus 1080p HD across the board.

Credits don't roll over month to month, so picking a plan that matches your typical month is more efficient than over-buying. If your volume varies a lot, start at Agent and upgrade to Pro the month before a busy season.

What every paid plan includes

  • All staging styles (Modern Farmhouse, Midcentury, Transitional, etc.) and exterior effects (twilight, winter, holiday, bright day)
  • The full music library
  • Templates and text overlays
  • MLS compliance for supported states (see How MLS compliance works)
  • No Reel Estate watermark on output

Switching plans

Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your credit allotment is prorated for the rest of the month. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current allotment for the remainder of the month.

See Upgrading and downgrading your plan for what happens to credits when you cancel or downgrade.

Common questions

Can I top up credits mid-cycle? Plan-dependent. Available on Agent and Pro; lower tiers should upgrade to access top-ups.

What counts as 1080p HD? The video render resolution. The default on every plan is 720p; selecting 1080p in the Generate Video modal is gated to Agent / Pro / Enterprise.

Are there enterprise plans? Yes. For brokerages or teams over ~15 listings/month, contact sales for pricing.
